Mould Design
During the initial stage of a new project,a project team consisting of a project engineer, tooling engineer, molding engineer, secondary process engineer and quality engineer will follow up the whole process of the project. Led by the project engineer,the project team will have extensive discussions with our customers to understand product requirements.
The moulds are then designed by the experienced tooling designers with the help of various kinds of 2D and 3D softwares.

Mould manufacture
Mould making starts as soon as the design of the tooling structure is finished. Skilled mould techinicians will use CNC to make the mould.And the finished moulds will be polished,assembled and tested.Then samples will be sent to customers for approval.

Injection Molding
Upon the approval of the samples, the moulds will be sent to the injection molding department for production. Every injection machine is equipped with industrial robotic arm, conveyor belt, mould temperature controller and drying machine. Finished parts will be inspected by the QA and then will be packed or further processed.

Secondary Process
Products that require secondary process will be sent to Secondary Process department for secondary process,such as paint spraying, printing,laser cutting,hot stamping,ultrasonic welding.

Sub-Assembly
A group of skilled assembly operators will assemble plastic and non-plastic components into semi-finished products or finished products.For every process,there are strict inspectors to ensure that the products meet the customers’ requirements.
